PCI Pericret 25kg
est un mortier d'égalisation cimentaire à prise rapide pour supports minéraux sur murs, sols et plafonds, à utiliser avant le matériau de finition. Il est destiné à être appliqué sur des surfaces intérieures et extérieures, par exemple sur des terrasses, des balcons et des piscines. Très facile à appliquer, plastique et façonnable après ajout d'un peu d'eau.
PCI Pericret est très facile à appliquer. Plastique et façonnable après ajout d'un peu d'eau. Grâce à son imperméabilité et à sa résistance aux intempéries et au gel, il peut être utilisé à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. La large gamme d'épaisseurs de couche (surfaces 3 - 30 mm, joints 3 - 50 mm) en fait un mortier d'égalisation très polyvalent.
PCI Pericret sac de 25kg, lorsque la couche est censée avoir une épaisseur de 3mm, couvrira jusqu'à 6,4m². La surface peut être carrelée après environ 2 heures.

Preparation of substrate
The substrate must be clean, structurally sound, open-porous, absorbent, free of dust, damp and able to take loads. Prime very absorbent substrates (e.g. sand-lime brick) with PCI Gisogrund, diluted 1 : 1 with water (undiluted for gypsum based substrates), alternatively with undiluted PCI Gisogrund Rapid. Substrates which are very absorbent and insensitive to water can also be intensively pre-wet. Prime non-absorbent substrates (e.g. ceramic tiles) with PCI Gisogrund 303.
Application procedure
- Pour water in a clean mixing container and add the required quantity of PCI Pericret while mixing with a suitable paddle (e.g. from Collomix) attached to a high-speed electric drill until a lumpfree, plastic consistency is produced.
- Using a finishing trowel, apply a thin scratch coat with PCI Pericret to the clean substrate before applying the mortar to the entire surface.
- PCI Pericret can be applied in one layer to a thickness of 50 mm (for break-outs) and 30 mm (for surfaces).
- When the mortar has initially set (approx. 30 to 90 minutes depending on layer thickness, substrate and working temperature) PCI Pericret can be rubbed down with a damp felt board or sponge float (Moltopren sponge, porous) or smoothed with a finishing trowel or short double plane if necessary.
- The substrate must be prewet and protected against rapid drying in high temperatures, wind and direct sunlight (e.g. repeated sprinkling with water, covering with jute or PE foil).
Please note:
- Never add water or wet PCI Pericret to reconstitute a mortar mix which has already begun to set.
- PCI Pericret is unsuitable when acting as a substrate for reaction resin coatings.
- Suitable tools are available from e.g. Collomix GmbH Horchstraße 2 85080 Gaimersheim/Germany www.collomix.de.
- Clean tools and mixing containers with water immediately after use; when the product has cured it can only be removed by mechanical scraping.
- Shelf life: min. 6 months when stored in dry conditions, no permanent storage over +30°C.
